My Mommyality

What is my Mommyality?

I have a tween now, Peanut is nearly 12 and a half. He has a mustache and his voice has changed.

How did that happen?

To be quite honest with you, I don’t know. One day he was answering the phone with a sweet angelic voice, the next day I thought he was my husband.

I’m still scratching my head over that.

Yes, the obvious signs of puberty was there, but he’s my little. He’s the only child I’ll ever have and he’s becoming a … MAN.

That sound? It’s my heart beating faster and the cold sweat busting out all over me.

My son is growing up. Really growing up. I always knew it was going to happen, but did it have to happen so fast?

At the same time, that’s what has kept me from writing here like I should. How do I write about things that are relevant when my baby is growing up?

But what I have to say IS relevant. It’s my Mommyality and I’ve got a ton of wisdom packed in my old noodle.

So, I’m back. Hit me your parenting issues, what you’re looking for, etc.

I’m here. I’ve got this. I’m yours.

xoxo
