I love St. Patrick’s Day! Celebrating his religious feast day and the anniversary of his death in the fifth century on March 17th is quite the tradition. The Irish have observed this day as a religious holiday for over a thousand years. On St. Patrick’s Day, we now have festivities that include Chicago releasing 40 pounds of dye to make the river green for several hours each St. Patrick’s Day!
Mommyality is celebrating the Luck o’ the Irish by sharing some of our favorite finds!
First off, some local love. Anders Ruff Custom Designs rock my world. The fact they set up such amazing photo shoots to profile their work so I get the complete experience makes them a class act.
While I don’t have a little one in diapers anymore, I can’t resist BearWare Pocket Diapers “Kiss Me I’m Irish”. I wish these had been around when I was cloth diapering!
Fyerfly Hollow has produced the most amazing scalloped tags for St. Patrick’s Day. I would hang these all over my house as a surprise for guests.
For my friend Susan, I selected this apron by Elsie’s Flat. She is an Irish gal through and through.
Handmade lucky shamrock tags by PaperSouffle are perfect for your wine glasses!
This tee scarf by Tiemee is gorgeous. You have no idea how tempted I am to click “buy”!
This Irish Country Side Handknitted Capelet by Suzanne Sullivan muted thyme green and elegant folds makes me want to dig out my lace dress and ankle boots.
I hope you enjoyed this little taste of St. Patrick’s Day and Ireland from Mommyality.
