Bobby DeMuro is the Founder of FusionSouth, a personal training/sports conditioning firm in Charlotte, NC. He is also the Executive Director of NoFizz Charlotte, a non-profit dedicated to bringing awareness on the importance of proper hydration. He resides on Lake Norman with his 2-year old boxer, Dakota.
Colette Duncan is a stay-at-home/work-from-home divorced mom of two crafty and daring little girls. A resident in the beautiful Carolina Foothills, she lives “just outside the middle of nowhere” and tends to be off-center in many other areas too! A bit to the right here, a tad left there, but aiming to be true to Christian values. She is a part-time employee for her church and thrives on helping with computer projects for businesses or friends. Terra Baltosiewich is a food safety specialist by day, and creates healthy recipes by night. She has a nutritional science degree from the University of Arizona, and has worked as a food safety specialist the last 4 ½ years for restaurants and hotels. Terra loves her job, but healthy cooking is her first love. She became passionate about healthy cooking after meeting several friends that had severe allergies to foods. In her healthy living blog she creates recipes that are for individuals in need of gluten free, dairy free, or any other special diets. People need to know there is variety for them, they should never be a limit to all the wonderful foods available.
A big animal lover, she realizes the need for them to eat healthy every day. Her first dog, Miss Daisy Mae had several food allergies and she cooked a special diet for her daily, loving every minute of it. Today she m excited to create healthy meals, and treats on her blog for animals. Just like humans, why should animals have to eat all that processed food?
Terra’s dream is to someday have her own Café, this is where Café Terra was created. The love of not only sharing recipes, and food safety tips, but love looking at her virtual restaurant as how it would need to be run in real life. Terra believes in using chemical-free, and allergen-free supplies at her restaurant.
